The most famous Sichuan dishes are 雪花雞淖 (sown like chicken
curd),肝膏湯(liver curd soup) and 開水白菜(chicken soup Chinese cabbage),
those are very expensive level. None of them is spicy.
Lower level is 魚香肉絲(pork slice in sweet and sour taste)
宫保雞丁(Kong-paw Chicken) and 夫妻肺片(spicy pork wastes,
literally mean lungs of the couples).
